Our Ultra-Caring Hand Cream Tube Duo contains two 75ml tubes of Ultra-Caring Hand Cream. This formula is fragrance free, fast-absorbing and developed specifically for those with hypersensitive skin. It contains no essential oils or fragrances and uses naturally derived ingredients to soothe and protect dry and sore hands.

How it works: 

  • Soothes inflammation and soreness with medical grade Manuka Honey and White Willow extract.
  • Conditions using a rich blend of Allantoin and Pro Vitamin B5; these immediately moisturise the skin keeping it constantly nourished.
  • Protects with plant oils and Glycerin, to restore the protective barrier that retains the skin’s moisture and hydration.

Good to know: Our Ultra-Caring Hand Cream is the same formula as our Caring Hand Cream, but contains no essential oils so it's perfect for hypersensitive skin. It’s fast-absorbing, non-greasy and Consultant Dermatologist approved for all skin types. Like all of our products, the hand cream is dermatologically tested, cruelty free and free from parabens, petrolatum, mineral oil and silicone.

Recommended for: Ultra-sensitive skin, or any skin types that react to fragranced skincare products. This cream has a neutral scent, and is ideal for anyone in need of a protective hand cream to use throughout the day. It’s also been tested for safe use in hospitals, and is the perfect hand cream for nurses, midwives, and any other medical professional in need of natural, effective protection. 

How to use: Apply a pea-sized amount to clean, dry hands throughout the day.

Orders are dispatched as soon as possible via Royal Mail, usually within 1 working day of the date of your order. We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched.

Ordering from outside the UK

If you would like to order Nursem to somewhere outside of the UK please contact us and we can work out shipping rates for your order. We cannot accept liability for any import charges levied by local Customs, when ordering from outside the UK.

Faults and returns

If you would like to return a product you have purchased, please contact us within 14 days of the date of receiving it and we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Please note that you will be liable for the cost of postage for returning your item. A refund will be processed within 7 working days on receipt of your item, less any shipping fees originally charged. We are unable to refund any customs fees.

Please note, that we reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe the purpose was for stock trading/reselling and not personal use.

In the unlikely event of one of our products being faulty, please return it within 14 days of receiving it and we will replace it or refund the cost and your postage.

Please inform us if goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.  Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
