• Our Caring Hand Cream must be applied little and often throughout the day as needed and every time you wash your hands for a minimum of 30 days.
• Our Caring Skin Fix must be applied every night and as often as needed on areas of dry, cracked, sore skin for a minimum of 30 days. 
• Our Ultra Caring Body Balm must be applied morning and night for a period of 60 days in order to see results.

It is also important to mention that although some of our community find relief from first use, many begin to see results within the first few weeks and for many customer results are not noticeably visible until after a month. Therefore our TOP TIP is consistency and perseverance.

There are a few criteria that you will need to meet in order to qualify for this money-back guarantee, they are as follows:

1. Take a photo of your hands and/or your body on the day that you begin using our hand cream, skin fix and/or body balm. The photo must have a time stamp and date visible.
2. Continue to use our hand cream every day little and often for a minimum of 30 days, our skin fix every night and as needed for a minimum of 30 days  and/or our Body Balm use twice a day morning and night for 60 days.
3. Once 30 days for the Hand Cream and Skin Fix and 60 days for the Body Balm of consistent use has passed, please take a subsequent photo of your hands and/or body ensuring the image is clear and from the same angle as your first photo. Again this image must have a date and time stamp visible.
4. Send these images to hello@nursem.co.uk and a member of our team will examine the evidence you have provided. This can take around 5/7 working days.
5. If all evidence is approved you will receive a full refund.

It is important to note that we cannot offer full refunds on cases involving irritation or reaction. As with all cosmetic products, we advise patch testing prior to use, and checking our full list of ingredients for any potential allergies:
