Free UK delivery is available on orders £25 or above!

We aim to dispatch all orders via Royal Mail as soon as possible. Orders received after 1 pm or on weekends will not be processed until the following working day, so if you order after 1 pm or on a weekend, please expect delivery to take the number of days stated at checkout from the following working day. We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched.

If you would like to order Nursem to somewhere not listed (excluding the USA & Canada) please contact us and we can work out shipping rates for your order. We cannot accept liability for any import charges levied by local Customs, when ordering from outside of the UK. 

Faults and returns

If you would like to return a product you have purchased, please contact us within 14 days of the date of receiving it and we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Please note that you will be liable for the cost of postage for returning your item. A refund will be processed within 7 working days on receipt of your item, less any shipping fees originally charged. We are unable to refund any customs fees.

Please note, that we reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe the purpose was for stock trading/reselling and not personal use.

In the unlikely event of one of our products being faulty, please return it within 14 days of receiving it and we will replace it or refund the cost and your postage.

Please inform us if goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.  Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
