FREE DELIVERY ON ALL UK ORDERS OVER £35

Delivery costs and timescales will be confirmed at checkout once you enter a delivery address, however you may use the table below as a guide for the UK:

*Large letter fits up to 2 x Caring Hand Cream 75ml tubes.
**For any other combination of products.

We aim to dispatch all orders via Royal Mail as soon as possible. Orders received after 1 pm or on weekends will not be processed until the following working day, so if you order after 1 pm or on a weekend, please expect delivery to take the number of days stated at checkout from the following working day. We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched.

ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE THE UK

We are currently limited to shipping to the following territories outside the UK:

EU: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Italy, Norway, Switzerland, Cyprus, Luxembourg.
Please be aware customers will need to pay import duty.

Asia: Hong Kong SAR China, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Malaysia, Russia, South Korea, United Arab Emirates 

Australasia: Australia, New Zealand

US & Canada 
We currently do not ship to the US & Canada, however our retail partner Space NK do, you can view our collection on their website here: https://www.spacenk.com/uk/brands/n/nursem

If you would like to order Nursem to somewhere not listed (excluding the USA & Canada) please contact us and we can work out shipping rates for your order. We cannot accept liability for any import charges levied by local Customs, when ordering from outside of the UK.
