Shipping policy

🎄 Last guaranteed day for Christmas delivery is 19th December before 10am. Please expect delays due to bank holiday closures. Our warehouse will be closed on 25th, 26th December and 1st January. 🎄

They will be working shorter days on 23rd, 24th, 30th and 31st December, but orders are still scheduled to be dispatched as normal on these dates.

FREE DELIVERY ON ALL UK ORDERS OVER £40

Delivery costs and timescales will be confirmed at checkout once you enter a delivery address, however you may use the tables below as a guide:

*Large Letter services are only available for lighter items such as Caring Hand Cream tubes.

We aim to dispatch all orders via Royal Mail as soon as possible. Orders received after 1 pm or on weekends will not be processed until the following working day. We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship to a limited number of international destinations. Delivery costs and free shipping thresholds are shown below:
