Our Caring Hand Cream is fast absorbing, non-greasy and is naturally fragranced, whereas the Caring Skin Fix is fragrance free, and a little thicker and richer than the hand cream. Our sls-free and soap-free hand wash is an ultra-gentle, low-lathering formula which is ideal for protecting sensitive skin and is naturally fragranced. 

All Nursem products work best when used alongside each other. For an effective skincare regime, we recommend applying a pea-sized amount of our Caring Hand Cream to clean, dry hands throughout the day, and using our Caring Skin Fix overnight by applying a small amount to target dry spots. Our Caring Hand Wash can be used throughout the day as a gentle yet effective alternative to soap.

All Nursem products have been independently safety tested and approved as having excellent skin compatibility for people with sensitive skin. We would recommend that if you suffer from allergies or skin conditions you consult your GP or Dermatologist before using anything to alleviate your symptoms as Nursem is not a medicine.

Yes, we are proud to manufacture Nursem within the UK, with our products being made by an MHRA approved partner.

Our bottles, tubes and cardboard cartons are fully recyclable, with the recycling symbol prominent on our packaging. Simply rinse these out tubes and bottle and place with your other household plastic recycling.

While our Caring Hand Cream is for regular application throughout the day to prevent ongoing dryness, our Caring Skin Fix aims to repair your hands or other areas of discomfort if they are in a particularly dry, cracked and sore state. The skin fix is also a little thicker and richer than our hand cream and it is ideal for overnight application.

Nursem products are classified as cosmetics, however should you be concerned we would advise that you seek the advice of a healthcare professional, for example your GP or midwife before using our products. If you do use Nursem while pregnant, always patch test 24 hours before application.

Our Caring Skin Fix and Caring Hand Wash are vegan. However the Caring Hand Cream contains Manuka Honey NPA+15.
