Our Day & Night Treatment contains two tubes of Caring Hand Cream, and one Caring Skin Fix. Designed to be used both throughout the day and overnight, this treatment offers a 24 hour skincare regime to keep your skin protected and well conditioned.

Calms, regenerates and protects all areas of persistently dry and sore skin overnight with the Caring Skin Fix.
Good to know: All of our products are suitable for sensitive skin, dermatologically tested, cruelty free and free from parabens, petrolatum, mineral oil and silicone. Our Caring Hand Cream is fast absorbing, non-greasy and is naturally fragranced, whereas the Caring Skin Fix is fragrance free, and a little thicker and richer than the hand cream.

How to use: Apply a pea-sized amount of our Caring Hand Cream to clean, dry hands throughout the day. We recommend using our Caring Skin Fix overnight for best results by applying a pea-sized amount to target dry spots and repeating if necessary.

Orders are dispatched as soon as possible via Royal Mail, usually within 1 working day of the date of your order. We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched.
Ordering from outside the UK
If you would like to order Nursem to somewhere outside of the UK please contact us and we can work out shipping rates for your order. We cannot accept liability for any import charges levied by local Customs, when ordering from outside the UK. (Please note: we have temporarily paused taking international orders due to COVID-19, we will look to resume these as soon as possible)
Faults and returns
If you would like to return a product you have purchased, please contact us within 14 days of the date of receiving it and we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Please note that you will be liable for the cost of postage for returning your item. A refund will be processed within 7 working days on receipt of your item, less any shipping fees originally charged. We are unable to refund any customs fees.
Please note, that we reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe the purpose was for stock trading/reselling and not personal use.
In the unlikely event of one of our products being faulty, please return it within 14 days of receiving it and we will replace it or refund the cost and your postage.
Please inform us if goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
